Robyn + Tanner

Tanner and Robyn met in High School, her senior year and his junior. Their first date was a group date at Frost Diner in Warrenton, Virginia; the diner everyone would go to after their softball and baseball games (they both played in high school.) Their first date just the two of them, was a date to the movies. Robyn had a school project for Child Development class at the time, which meant she had to carry around a fake baby for the weekend, which made for a super interesting date.

The Proposal:

"Tanner proposed to me on November 3rd, 2018 in the gardens at Philbrook Museum in Tulsa. He had our photographer friend talk to me for months asking to take pictures of us for his portfolio. On this particular day, we finally were able to do it but little did I know, it was all part of the plan. We ended up with great pictures of the proposal."

On why they chose The Pearl:

"We loved the whole vibe of the Pearl from the exposed brick to the pub-style reception room to the amazing dance floor. We knew it would be right for us and our style and we loved it! I requested the DJ play jazz music during dinner, so that mixed with the vibe of the reception room just felt so classy."
